What Notifyr does

Notifyr helps you design the notification emails your Shopify store sends. It gives you code that you paste into Shopify yourself. Shopify sends the emails, not Notifyr.

Your store and Shopify's terms

You need a Shopify store to use Notifyr, and Shopify's own terms still apply to your store and to how Shopify sends your emails. You're responsible for keeping your Shopify account secure.

Your emails

You decide what goes into your emails and which ones you save in Shopify. That includes the text, links, product details, discount codes and any notices the law in your country requires. Before you rely on an email, check it with Shopify's Preview and Send test email.

Shopify can change its notifications and their variables. We work to keep Notifyr's templates in step, but an email you saved in Shopify won't update by itself.

Your content

Your designs and the words, images and links in them stay yours. You let us store and process them only so Notifyr can work for you. The templates and the app itself belong to BB Orbit; you may use them in the emails your store sends.

Fair use

Don't use Notifyr to break the law, send spam, copy someone else's brand or content without permission, or get into another store's data. Don't try to break, overload or get around the app's security or plan checks.

Plans and billing

Notifyr's price is shown on its Shopify App Store listing. Any charge is made by Shopify and appears on your Shopify bill, under Shopify's billing rules. You can stop a plan by changing it in Shopify or by uninstalling Notifyr. If you think you were charged by mistake, email support@notifyrmail.com.

Changes to the app

We may add, change or remove features. We try to keep Notifyr running at all times but can't promise it will never be down.

No warranty

Notifyr is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we don't promise that it fits a particular purpose, that it is free of errors, or that every email client will show your emails the same way.

Limit of liability

As far as the law allows, BB Orbit is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Notifyr in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Notifyr at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. What happens to your data then is in our privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top. Using Notifyr after a change means you accept the new terms.
